Question about upgrading cyrus-imapd in Kolab 3.3 Updates

>From looking at OBS, it looks like cvt_cyrusdb_all was changed. So it
might be that the original cvt_cyrusdb_all did not need the "import"
parameter.

If my assumption is right, I think the new cvt_cyrusdb_all should keep
the same parameters as its predecessor. Otherwise we're running into a
problem when removing the old package, because it will fail as well.
