here you can find a tutorial to install domainkeys:

Although,  I myself have not tried.....

But, reading the tutorial, maybe you are better off with 
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Postfix/DKIM

Both tutorials are for Ubuntu, but I think it is easy to apply them to Centos 
by only exchanging the installation installation commands....
