Kolab 3.3 hanging weekly

On my system I had this issue too, mod_headers crashed on graceful 
reload the apache (2.4 in my case). Because I need mod_headers for some 
security reasons, I changed the rotate script to restart the apache and 
monitor the process with monit - thats works fine.
