Roundcube Calendar and Tasks not working after 3.2->3.3 upgrade

Hello,

I've just performed an upgrade from Kolab 3.2 to 3.3 following the information 
at https://docs.kolab.org/administrator-guide/upgrading-from-kolab-3.1-to-3.3.html, and most everything is back up and running. Calendar and Task are 
not.

Apache is giving me two errors:

Call to undefined function Todo_comment() in /usr/share/php/kolabformat.php on 
line 3513, referer: https://mail.minable.ca/roundcubemail/?_task=tasks
[Thu Jan 01 17:15:05 2015] [error] [client 24.86.200.65] PHP Fatal error:  
Call to undefined function Event_comment() in /usr/share/php/kolabformat.php on 
line 3154, referer: https://mail.minable.ca/roundcubemail/?_task=tasks

A quick search reveals that this is part of package php-kolabformat, which 
according to yum list php-kolab format, is version 1.1-15.4.el6.kolab_3.3.

I tried doing a yum reinstall on the package, but no change. It looks like 
somewhere it is referring to something that didn't get updated.

Has anyone else experienced this or know where to start looking?
