Imap contacts not visible and not synced from server to client

Hello Vladimir,

There seem to be several issues with the Multidomain setup as described 
in the manual.

I also have disabled canonification in Cyrus for my setup. But I am 
still in preparation for going live.
So I have no experience with an upgrade from Kolab 3.x to Kolab 3.3.

I guess you have to somehow compare what is the difference between a 
fresh system and your upgraded system.
In the worst case you have to restore a backup of your IMAP and LDAP 
data on a freshly installed system.
