SIEVE date extension in Kolab 3.4

You can review the current state of the upcoming Kolab 3.4 release here:

The cyrus version is currently a git snapshot from 2014-12-09. As far as
I know it's very likely that we get a new snapshot again with a couple 
more
fixes before 3.4 will be released.

When it's time for 3.4 release Kolab:Development will be copied to 
Kolab:3.4.

When you're interested feel free to do a test installation or test 
migration
based on Kolab:Development and provide us with feedback. That can help 
us to
fix bugs before 3.4 gets announced.
