For syncing what I do is mount the webdav to a directory on my server
using davfs2 and then use syncthing on all my computers and my android
phone.

FOR COMPLETENESS: For other functions I don't use ActiveSync as I found
it too taxing on my battery vs 2 hour timed syncs for everything else. 

SSL IMPORT: I use CADroid and then Move Certs! (To remove security
notification, can be done over adb still need to look into let's
Encrypt)
