Problems with Roundcube after update from 3.5 Development repository

So far the only solution I've found for the first problem (with the 
session token URL) is to follow the modifications in Gabriel Forster's 
email from earlier today and bypass the CSRF checking.  It had been 
working up until this last update, so obviously something changed.
