Hi
this behaviour is really strange and I do not understand why it happens.
This means I have again the same symptome which means I deleted the
overally ost Information. over "E-Mail" I opended the dir for the ost
Information (Cache) Information and I deleted everything. In the first
time it was working meaning all Information was coming over to the
Outlook 2013. After some time I had the issue again and I tried again to
delete the ost information meaning caching information but it did not
help. This is the main issue in my installation I have which means:
If I create a calender entry in "roundcubemail" it will not appear in
Outlook 2013 this means if you have open "roundcubemail" as "Outlook
2013" and you modify a entry it will appear in "Outlook 2013 for seconds
and after it fully disappears and no Chance to bring it over.
All other ActiveSync device like IPhone, Android as Mac ober CalDAV will
work no Problems only Outlook 2013 is not working as expected. If I
debug I see nothing unusual or errors nothing. I have absolutly no Clou.
I tried also different ways to solve the Problem like to delete the
device completly over ActivSync in "roundcubemail" waiting some time and
adding it again. Or I tried also if this has something to do with
Primary Email or Secondary etc. I tried also Personal Calender or using
"privacy" within calender entry not Progress. This issue happens "ONLY"
if I create a entry in "roundcubemail" which means if the entry is
created over IPhone, Android or Outlook 2013 directly all is syched over
to the other device. I recognized also an other issue in the same manner
like calender this means: If I have a contact within "roundcubemail"
this will be synched over to "Outlook 2013" but If I modify the contact
within "roundcubmail" it does not update the contact on "Outlook 2013
site. What I found out is: If you have open both "Outlook 2013" and
"roundbumail" and you modify the entry on "roundcubemail" as you force
with F9 the sync for contact within "Outlook 2013" the modification
comes over. But this happens only if you have BOTH applications open. If
you modify the contact within "roundcubemail" first and after you open
"Outlook 2013" the modification comes not over even you force again with
F9.
Absolutly no cloud why this happens and why this is not working no
errors in debug mode for ActivSync etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise lates patch and I do have
Settings to synch "all" not only 1 month (this was also tested meaning
to have only 1 month but this did also not solve the issue)!
if you find out something please drop me a message would be nice because
this is really the only issue I have all other stuff is running as
expected and because "roundcubemail" is really nice done it is quit
frustrating. Im really working a lot with "roundcubemail" and using only
Outlook 2013 at home.
