Unfortunately, there's no way to show the CalDAV URL at the moment. The 
relevant ticket for this is here:

    https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3908

Feel free to work on that!

As a workaround, you can browse your DAV tree and find out the URLs manually, 
or use a client that can discover these automatically ;)
