Activesync / Kolab 3.4

Hi,

I have configured well a debian 7 with Kolab 3.4, everything is working 
fine except ActiveSync.

1) ActiveSync is working only on Android mobile
2) ActiveSync is not working on Outlook 2013 (activesync/anywhere) or 
IOS (iphone/ipad)

3) The ActiveSync configuration on the Android phone is slow, I get 
email faster in IMAP, the "Push" emails seems to not work as a "real" 
push notification/emails.
is there a settings on the kolab configuration to set well the 
activesync configuration?
