saslauthd missing httpform

Anyone have any advice on  how to get saslauthd to support httpform?

Good one:
saslauthd 2.1.22
authentication mechanisms: getpwent kerberos5 pam rimap shadow ldap httpform


Bad one:
saslauthd 2.1.22
authentication mechanisms: getpwent kerberos5 pam rimap shadow ldap

Do I have to compile it with that feature or is there a package available already?
