Hi Daniel,
you can setup your kolab server with your internal domain as primary domain
and add your other external domains as secondary domains.
your users get internal mailadresses only and you can add external adresses to
everyone who needs them. your internal mails should be deferred by any
mailserver, but to be safe you can use a transport map in postfix and relay
external mails to another postfix who is connected to the internet.
