More 3.4 calendar woes

After upgrading from 3.3 to 3.4 I initially lost a few users calendars, 
which I fixed by running the following:

/usr/share/roundcubemail/bin/updatedb.sh   --dir 
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/libkolab/SQL   --package libkolab

However, I have encountered this issue again and can't figure out what 
is going on. I have tried rebuilding users cyrus index. I have tried 
clearing cache:

/⁠usr/⁠share/⁠roundcubemail/plugins/libkolab/bin/modcache.sh clear -⁠u 
user at domain.org -h localhost and
/⁠usr/⁠share/⁠roundcubemail/plugins/libkolab/bin/modcache.sh clear -a

The last command gives me the following error:
"ERROR: [1206] The total number of locks exceeds the lock table size 
(SQL Query: DELETE FROM kolab_folders WHERE 1)0 records deleted from 
'kolab_folders'"

I am able to create new events, but unable to see any older ones. Any 
suggestions?
