kolab-webadmin login errors as a user, but not as Directory Manager

I don't know how long this is has been happening, but I feel it's 
recent.

Using the Development Repositories on Centos 6.

When I log into kolab-webadmin as the Directory Manager user, I have 
full access and all data populates on all screens (users, groups, 
domains, etc.)  I only have one domain (thinking of bug 2585), and it 
appears to be configured correctly.

However, when I log in as a regular user, I get this in the error log, 
repeated 6 times:

Hitting the menu selections along the top cause similar errors, 
depending on what is selected:

There is no data in any of the screens, and the domain button is gone 
(probably on purpose, never noticed before).  This happens with normal 
users and users with kolab-admin role.
