Multi-domain setup with Kolab 3.3 on CentOS 7

In my imapd.conf (kolab 3.3 (upgraded from 3.1) cyrus 2.5) all ldap_* 
are commented out and the pts stuff is disabled. As soon as Cyrus 2.5 
supports the replacing of %dc I'll consider enable pts and ldap again 
within cyrus.
