Recipient policy configuration assistance (jdoe at domain.com)

Hello,

     Attempting to configure the '*primary_mail*' parameter to display 
jdoe at domain for given name John and surname Doe. Removing the period 
from the command doesn't seem to have any effect. I tested by creating a 
new user and seeing the primary email address continue to display 
'j.doe at domain.com'. The only change I made was to the period from the 
following parameter via kolab.conf

*primary_mail = %(givenname)s.%(surname)s@%(domain)s*

I assume I'm missing one or more steps. Any assistance is helpful. Thanks.
