Update 3.1->3.3 Authentication cache failed

I should double read what I'm about to write ...
There was a bug in the pykolab package that was generating sql
transaction errors in the kolab_smtp_access_policy if cache was
enabled/configured.
btw. why did you reinstalled roundcubemail if the pykolab package is
sending you an error?
