How to enable Kolab support in kdepim in Gentoo

Hi all,

With Debian crashing and freezing on me since the switch to systemd, I've 
decided to switch back to Gentoo.

I have turned on the kolab USE flag for kdepim-libs but when I click to add a 
new account there's no Kolab option. I tried adding it as a plain IMAP account 
but the calendars and contacts don't work. There's no groupware tab in the 
Kmail Misc settings.

Does anyone know how to get these options to show up?
