Creating utility emails

Hi all,

I'd like to create a utility account in Kolab that is not a person - and is 
actually just a dummy SMTP login to send mail. I'm guessing this is doable by 
creating some sort of custom user object, but I don't know what fields to give 
it.

The use case is so my RAID controller can log in to SMTP to send a notification 
in case of drive failure.

In this case fields such as given name don't make sense.
