Same, here. Roundcube is not accessible during the refresh time 
(20-40secs) which drives our users mad. We tried a imap-proxy workaround 
but this didn´t helped so much.
IMHO the webmailer is only half usable in Kolab 3.2 unfortunately 
there´s no alternative at the moment.
