alias addresses sync (as defined in kolab.conf)

Hi,

I wonder if this is a bug or not:
Some time ago I am nearly 100% sure that kolab always kept alias
addresses for all users as configured in kolab.conf. This is very
useful, because you could change the default addresses and it affected
all users and not only new ones.

Now I experience that only for new users the addresses are created, but
not kept in sync once changed in kolab.conf.

Is this the correct behavior for kolab 3.1?
