pykolab update

Upgrading to pykolab-0.6.12 stops kolab-saslauthd from starting because of permission problems in 
/run/kolab-saslauthd/

I see there are a lot of patches in the last build which probably will solve this.
Before packaging it with all these patches, I am going to ask here if we are going to see a new 
release soon incorporating these patches?
