Kolab 3.2 webadmin

Sorry, I've no clue. This was the only time I had problems with an empty
webadmin and that was the root cause. Sometimes during tests I could
recreate the error sometimes not.
Not sure what it could be in your case. Most likely some kind of ldap
stuff and the webadmin tool doesn't find it's root ldap tree.
