The file /etc/dirsrv/config/certmap.conf is part of 389-ds-base.

Is 389-ds-base installed?

If it is installed but the file is really non-existent, what's the output of:
dpkg -L 389-ds-base
?

Or maybe "/etc/dirsrv/slapd-giacintoII/" didn't get created?

Anything useful in /tmp/setupCjBRRn.log?
