kolab.conf settings

Sure, the default kolab.conf is very well commented. That's very good. 
Thank you for that. However, there seem to be lots of hidden settings. 
What about these two for example:

sharedfolder_delivery_address_attribute
(from https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2890)
admin_auto_fields_rw

There were also settings to raise the debug level, but I cannot find 
them anymore.
Is "debug : 1" still valid?
Maybe you would argue, that those parameters may be only very specific 
(e.g. introduced as a bugfix or something) and should not widely used.
