Syncrotron not showing all selected folders

Still running Kolab 3.1.  I have gone into Roundcube to configure which 
folders are synchronized, but I don't see those folders on my Android 
device (Samsung S3 using 4.4.2).  On the phone, I only see Drafts, 
Outbox, Sent and Trash even though I've selected most of my folders in 
the Activesync setup page.

Did I miss a restriction on which folders can be synchronized?
