Mails disappeared from Inbox

Hi,

I have huge problem: I just noticed that all except two mails from one
of my inbox disappeard. I have checked the folder:

/var/spool/imap/domain/s/example.com/c/user/test^user

and the mails are there. This mails don't show up in webmail or
Thunderbird. Any clue what went wrong here?
