Mail Loop

Hello,
I have a curious issue. I've recently setup a Kolab installation (it
happens to be 3.1 since I was having issues with 3.2. In any case it
seems to be working. I've sent mail from various providers and mail is
received. Then I started actually having some 'real' mail sent to it and
curiously some of it didn't arrive. Checking the logs I could see
amavisd was bouncing some of it. I changed amavisd settings from
D_DISCARD / D_BOUNCE to all be D_PASS as you can see below.
$final_virus_destiny = D_PASS;#D_DISCARD;
$final_banned_destiny = D_PASS;#D_BOUNCE;
$final_spam_destiny = D_PASS;#D_DISCARD;
$final_bad_header_destiny = D_PASS;#D_BOUNCE;
Once I made that change I could see that amavis was trying to
re-inject the mail however I was getting an error:
server2 postfix/smtp[10964]: 32A0980034D:
to=<president at server2.abmidwives.ca>, relay=none, delay=0.11,
delays=0.07/0.04/0/0, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail for
server2.abmidwives.ca loops back to myself)
The server's FQDN is server2.aamclientcare.ca. But the main domain this
server answers mail for is abmidwives.ca.
Any thoughts on why my mail from gmail gets delivered, but some mail
amavisd is re-injecting improperly or ???
