Mail Forwarding broken

The solution is to enable the kolab_user_filter in /etc/kolab/kolab.conf 
again.
In previous versions of my script initMultiDomain.sh, I had disabled 
kolab_user_filter because kolab lm did not work.
The side effect was, that imap folders were created for each account, no 
matter if it was a kolab_user or not.
Now kolab lm works fine even with kolab_user_filter, so it is best to 
have it enabled.
