You wanna take a look on the kolab documentation:
http://docs.kolab.org/administrator-guide/using-the-kolab-command-line.html#set-mailbox-acl

The kolab cli offers some ACL aliases which makes the command easier.

Example:
# kolab sam shared/contacts at example.org jane.doe at example.org read-write
