Slow Loading in Roundcube

I have encountered this on 3.2, but my 3.1 systems aren't doing it.  I 
have observered that does really slow the system down.

On the 3.2 system I tracked it down to freebusyd, which is run every 15 
minutes from a cronjob, but I haven't resolved the issue.
