shared folder in webadmin deleted, but still available

Hi Jan,

Are cyrus admin user and password correctly set kolab.conf? I also
noticed that kolab is not very reliable whe it comes to imap-management.

Delete the shared folder manually by using (works if cyrus-access data
is correct)

# folder still there?
sudo kolab lam shared/DeletedShare at domain.com
# set admin access to delete folder
sudo kolab sam shared/DeletedShare at domain.com cyrus-admin all
# delete folder
sudo kolab dm shared/DeletedShare at domain.com
