OK, couple of things here....

1) The kolab-formatupgrade absolutely need to know the user password? 
Really?  I have no idea on the user password. It is imported from a 
script that creates the users and passwords from a LDIF export from 
Kolab 2.

2) I tried kolab-formatupgrade with my own account (the only password I 
know), and I can't connect. The error I get on the command line is:

What am i doing wrong?  I'm 100% certain that my user password is OK (I 
can connect with the web interface), and I'm 100% sure that the command 
syntax was exact.
