Kolab 3.1 and Outlook 2013

Hey Troy, hey Aeneas,

Trying Kolab's ActiveSync implementation with Outlook 2013 didn't work 
out completely well: Mails are working fine, but just the main calendar 
is synced. Yes, the other calendars were selected in the settings.
New calendars (including their appointments) aren't mentioned in the log 
files for Syncroton... so, maybe an error on Kolab's side? Other 
ActiveSync servers (like, well, m.hotmail.com) throw all the calendars 
at me.

Have there never been any problems for older versions of Outlook?
Same problem for Windows Phone 8 by the way.
