Separated resources for each hosted domain (WAS: Deleting/changing account types on domain basis)

Ups that mail was sent to early 

The resources are stored in the mysql database. Afaik their're not bound to a specific domain. Maybe that worth a feature request for kolab-wap.

Those types are basically templates to define the ldap objects, what fields they consist of and how they can be edited. Those resource types only appear in the admin panel.
