Mail Flow Issue

I have managed to get a Kolab 3.3 install working on Debian 7.
Was working great and then for some reason the mail flow stopped.
Looking in the mail.warn log I came across the following

postfix/spawn[5400]: warning: command /usr/lib/postfix/kolab_smtp_access_policy exit status 1
postfix/smtpd[5393]: warning: premature end-of-input on private/recipient_policy_incoming while reading input attribute name
postfix/smtpd[5393]: warning: problem talking to server private/recipient_policy_incoming: Connection reset by peer

As I said this was working for a while and just stopped, I have disabled it in the postfix config and now the mail flow is working, could someone shed some light on where I need to look to resolve it, or is it fine to continue with it disabled ?
