On Debian, the following directories contain data which is very 
important for the services:
- LDAP: /var/lib/dirsrv
- MySQL: /var/lib/mysql
- IMAP: /var/lib/imap
- Mail queues: /var/spool
- Mail logs: /var/log

I'll have a look into it too, let's see where this goes to =)
