Timezone mismatch between Kontact and MyKolab.com

Re Outdated version of libkolabxml in windows Kontact client - 

I downloaded the Kontact windows client from MyKolab clients page
(https://mykolab.com/clients/kontact) and Kolab Systems Mirror
(http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/upload/windows/K3-Kontact-Beta-latest.exe)
referenced on the Kontact KDE Wiki
http://userbase.kde.org/Kontact#Windows. 

Are these the latest builds? Is there an updated version of the Kontact
windows build somewhere that I can download? I'd rather not have to
build the client from scratch.
