Fresh kolab-webadmin on centos6 not working ...

Hi,

On a fresh centos 6 install following the community installation guide and 
thus using both the 3.0 and 3.0-development repositories,

# yum info kolab-webadmin

gives me:

When I log into "kolab-webadmin", the login page is already basic html (no 
graphics etc.) and a successful login yields a similarly plain interface, in 
which the links "Users", etc are non-functional.

Interrogation of /var/log/httpd/error_log yields:

And the files reported missing truly aren't there.

Can anyone point out what I might be doing wrong?

I have the installation logs for interested parties ...
