Roundcube Update

Goodday,

I had the same problem and found that the managesieve config file was not
linked. Check and see if "config.inc.php" is in
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/managesieve.

If not here is the command I ran to fix it in Centos:
ln -s /etc/roundcubemail/managesieve.inc.php
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/managesieve/config.inc.php
