iRony?

Hi,
has anybody managed to make iRony work in a default install of Kolab 3.1 on
Centos 6.4 outside of mykolab.com? We have several installs (all of them
virtual), all with the same result: Sabre DAV returns the error mentioned
here:
http://lists.kolab.org/pipermail/users/2013-September/015374.html
Michael's mail is describing exactly our problem. Browser access to
kolabserver/iRony/ only yields:
----------------------------------
<s:message>Requested uri (/iRony/) is out of base uri
(ony/public_html/)</s:message>
-----------------------------
We have been following all of the sparse docs - trying with a virtual host and
with a directory only, using Torsten's irony.conf file, but we still are
receiving this error. I have checked installation, and all other features we
tested seem to work flawlessly.
Grep reveals that the string "ony/public" is only found in /etc/httpd/conf.d -
where it should be. I assume that some kind of rewrite madness is going on
here - or a bug in SabreDAV.
Any help appreciated! I have also seen this mail here, but it's not helpful as
well: http://lists.kolab.org/pipermail/devel/2013-August/014477.html
It only shows this problem has been around for a while - we have observed this
ever since 3.1 was available.
If this works, we will make this an article for Linux-Magazine, so you could
earn a mention.... :-) There is no other documentation around, I assume?
