Kolab 3.0.0-1: IOERROR: opening /var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No such file or directory

Just installed kolab to try to do some testing, and have gotten most
things to work.  This is one that I am wondering about:

Sep 11 22:06:55 kolabtest imap[19892]: IOERROR: opening
/var/lib/imap/user_deny.db: No such file or directory

I saw that there was a thread about an older version of kolab related to
this:

It refers to a bug which is closed as fixed, but that was in reference
to 2.3.3.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
