I’ve now tried using the account my machine. Since the docs is
missing information, I mainly guessed. I managed to get imap
working with offlineimap. However, SMTP is still failing me
(trying with msmtp).
First, I got a TLS error with error code 454.
msmtp: command STARTTLS failed
msmtp: server message: 454 4.7.0 TLS not available due to local problem
So I tried with tls off, and I got
msmtp: the server does not support authentication
Might this be the issue?:
http://docs.kolab.org/fr-FR/Kolab_Groupware/3.0/html/Community_Installation_Guide/chap-Community_Installation_Guide-Server_Appendix.html
What am I supposed to do at this step exactly?
Thanks,

localfolders = ~/Mail/totosh
[Repository totosh.remote]

and msmtprc:

port 587
user roy
tls on
tls_starttls on
tls_certcheck off
