I think it was a series of small fixes:
(I probably miss some)
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1925 primary_mail for hosted domains
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2306 when there are several
domains, the creation of a new mailbox fails
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1926 login on single
roundcube URL to multiple domains based on the email address of the
user

and general work from Aleksander and Jeroen!
