Duplicate UID always generated in generate_uid.

Thanks for the reply Torsten!

I took a look at the repos and it seems 3.1 is still listed as being in development so I'd be a bit hesitant putting it into a production environment. Is 3.1 the first version with that feature implemented?

AFAIK, Kolab 3.1 has a uid policy feature that works just like the recipient
policy, so there's no need to hack the php code of your webadmin.
