ActiveSync gives ldap error "Insufficient access"

Hi all,

the actual Debian 7.0 Installation (with Development) gives me an error in 
/etc/roundcubemail/ldap when I try to connect to Active Sync

    [kolabDelegate] => Array
        (
            [0] => uid=user,ou=People,dc=example,dc=com
        )

)

[13-Nov-2013 21:50:35,000000 +0100]: S: Insufficient access

My Client says only: Invalid EAS-Server-URL

When I access 

https://example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

I get an empty page.

Who has got it allready work?
