Kolab CardDav lookup in mutt

Hi,

If some of you are interested, I just integrated my Kolab carddav
addressbook with mutt. I described it here:
http://hroy.eu/tips/mutt-carddav-lookup/

iRony is working great, the only problem is that the blog post
about kolab 3.1 does not say much about how to link to the
resources directly (for instance, just linking to
kolab.example.org/iRony/ does not enable Gnome Evolution to find
the address book etc.)

Of course, the simple trick is to connect through webdav and
navigate within the directories to find the URI. But I suppose it
would be nice to have a simpler way to display that information,
or at least to explain the simple steps to take to find them.

Best,
