Setting up SSL on Kolab 3 [Scanned]

I do not have any apache folder in /etc

So where the heck would it be? Kolab 3 was installed on a fresh install of CentOS 6.4 minimal installation. I also have not set it up yet for Cyrus on port 993 or 995

Its /etc/apache2/conf.d/ or /etc/apache2/sites-available/. Did you setup it as well for cyrus on Port 993?
