Hello, fyi i finally figured out what seemed to be my problem: the setup obviously requires a rather large portion of ram and/or swap. My combination of 2 GB ram and 2GB swap didnt suffice. After i upgraded my server to 4GB each, setup worked flawlessly. Hope this helps if someone runs into the same problem again. Kind regards.
